Description of service
MyTVPassport is a personal TV show and movie tracking application. It allows you to track what you've watched, manage a watchlist, and discover new content using data from TMDb (The Movie Database).
Use of the service
You agree to use MyTVPassport only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
- Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the TMDb API through our proxy
TMDb data
Show and movie data is provided by TMDb. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. TMDb's terms of service apply to the data displayed within MyTVPassport.
Your data
All your personal data (watch history, lists, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Disclaimer of warranties
MyTVPassport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTVPassport and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyTVPassport after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
